Sampling Summary:
(抽样汇总)
Sampling Factors: Location (Not Relevant: Location does not have an impact on the processes, since the organizational structure impacts process definition)
Customer (Not Relevant: Customers do not have an impact on the processes being implemented, since process variation is driven by organizational structure)
Size (Not Relevant: Size does not have impact on the processes being implemented, since the all active projects are the same size category)
Organizational Structure: Organizational Structure has an impact since each Domain defines a tailored set of processes based on the work type
Type of Work: Type of work impacts process implementation, since the development environment for all products is based on work type performed
Sampling Factor Values: OFP Domain (Organizational Structure): 402 SMXG OFP Domain Software is developed, maintained and put into production using OFP Domain processes.
TPS Domain (Organizational Structure): 402 SMXG TPS Domain Software is developed, maintained and put into production using TPS Domain processes.
BC (Type of Work): Block Cycle Update projects run concurrently and usually are scheduled from 12 to 18 months at a time. BC work follows the modified waterfall and prototype lifecycles and includes planning, design, requirements, implementation, integration and test.
TPS Development and Sustainment (Type of Work): TPS Development projects will run between approximately 18 to 60 months from project funding, depending on the requirements and quantity of work. Development phases include: Planning, Execution (Design, Code, Test, Internal Verification), and Product Acceptance (External Validation, Product Release). TPS Sustainment projects are designed to provide customers with continuous support of TPSs. They are typically funded on a yearly basis estimated from previous years support needs.
Subgroups: OFP Domain, BC: OFP Domain BC projects are implemented in accordance with the OFP Domain Processes. Block Cycle (BC) projects run concurrently and usually are scheduled from 12 to 18 months at a time. BC work follows the modified waterfall and prototype lifecycle models and includes planning, design, requirements, implementation, integration and test.

TPS Domain, TPS Development and Sustainment: TPS development projects will run between approximately 18 to 60 months from project funding, depending on the requirements and quantity of work. Development phases include: Planning, Execution and Product Acceptance. Continuous sustainment includes accepting Deficiency Reports (DRs) from TPS end users, investigating a DR and writing a Report of Findings (ROF), Execution, and Product Acceptance.
