Location (Not Relevant: Cover the 3 locations across China – Dalian, Shanghai, Guangzhou. But project execution methodologies are the same define in organization level, some projects have team members from different locations. So location is not a sampling factor.)
Customer (Not Relevant: Although different customers have different project targets, SLAs, which have already been take into account during planning stage – schedule, cost and risk planning. There is no process variation due to customers.)
Size (Not Relevant: Large projects are divided into small teams, each small team focus on delivering one or a few product support services with the same services processes, so size is not a sampling factor.)
Organizational Structure: There are 6 IGs(Industry Group). The processes are customized based on organization structure and business domain. So it is a critical sampling factor.
Type of Work: There are 2 types of work: maintenance service projects-AO, development service projects – SI. |
