Type of Work: Type of Work makes some difference as to how projects are executed. AnaVation also wanted a representative sample of the work going on in the organization and so after discussions, we decided that we could use this sampling factor to generate 2 subgroups.
Sampling Factor Values: Solutions (Type of Work): These projects are where AnaVation provides management, technical expertise and solutions to clients.
Staffing (Type of Work): These projects are where AnaVation substantially provides skilled staff to help clients augment their development staffs.
