Customer (Not Relevant: Processes do not vary based on customers. Variations, if any are based on type of work and that is already selected as a sampling factor.)
Size (Not Relevant: The OU consists of five basic units. Given the limited number of basic units, there is not much variation in size. In addition, the location sampling factor also subsumes size to a certain extent.)
