Customer: Work is performed differently based on the customer served by that work. The type of the work leads to the category of the clients into External Customer and Internal Customer. External Customer is the customer outside of the company, who sponsor the outsourced projects, while the Internal Customer who sponsor the internal product development.
Size (Not Relevant: Work is not performed differently based on the size of the basic unit or support function. Most of the projects in the company are small/medium size.)
Organizational Structure (Not Relevant: All software development work is performed in the Technology Center using the full range of organizational processes. Hence, the organizational structure does not influence process implementation.)
Type of Work: Work is performed diffidently based on the type of work. The type of work is categorized into Outsourced Project Development and Self-Funded Product Development. |
