Location (Not Relevant: Four locations but utilizes standard process defined at organization level and accounted for by Type of work. Work groups/basic units are executed with team based in one location, or in multi-location distribution considering the project needs, however, processes/quality management system implemented are common in any of the situations.)
Customer (Not Relevant: Standard processes defined at organization level are uniformly implemented across every customer in order to ensure consistent outcome in quality and customer experience.)
Size (Not Relevant: Work groups/basic units are of size that ranges from 9 to 36 persons and accounted for by Type of work, their complexities are manageable due to the processes are common.)
Organizational Structure (Not Relevant: BFSI and MFSI business units are depicted on an organization chart. Set of standard processes being used does not differ based on business units. This has no bearing on process execution.)
Type of Work: Work is performed differently based on the type of work i.e. Software Development, Maintenance, Production Support, Testing. Process areas affected are Project and Work Management, Engineering, Service Establishment and Delivery process areas. |

Software Development Projects (Type of Work): Development of software with tasks covering such as contracting, start-up & planning, sprints for agile (Adapt, Analyze, Design, Build & test), system integration testing, acceptance testing, closure.
Maintenance Projects (Type of Work): Maintenance of application with tasks covering such as start-up & planning, analysis & knowledge transfer, infrastructure set up training, minor enhancement, minor bug fixes, closure.
Production Support Projects (Type of Work): Production support of application with tasks covering receiving the tickets, providing response and resolution.
Testing Projects (Type of Work): Testing of software with tasks covering such as start-up & planning, analysis, Test case creation, review, execution, reporting, closure. |
