Sampling Factors:	Location (Not Relevant: Only one location involved and same set of standard process being used) Customer: Three different customer accounts are involved and a few processes differ across customer accounts based on the customization needs Size (Not Relevant: As the size does not differentiate the work being performed. Set of standard processes being used do not differ based on size) Organizational Structure: Four different domains / verticals are covered such as Project management, Human resources, Quality control and General Administration. Some aspects of processes applied do differ across these domains / verticals Type of Work (Not Relevant: As the same type of work being performed. All projects executed in the Organizational unit are development type of projects. Same set of standard processes being applied for development type of projects)
Sampling Factor Values:	SAMART (Customer): SAMART is the parent Organization focusing on Communication service. Organizational unit provides software development and implementation support to SAMART in the areas of Quality control, Project management, General administration and Human resources domain ICT (Customer): ICT is one of the client Organization where the Organizational Unit primarily provides services on General administration domain. ICT is the Ministry of Information and Communication Technology. THP (Customer): THP is Thai Health Promotion Foundation (ThaiHealth). Organizational unit provides software development and implementation support primarily in Human resources domain General Administration (Organizational Structure): General administration domain focuses on developing database management system, facilities management system and relationship management system. The system covers the area of back office works: facilities management, workflow management, expense control, centralized information, reporting, and work approval. Quality Control (Organizational Structure): Quality control domain / verticals focuses on developing defect tracking systems for validation and verification activities. Project Management (Organizational Structure): Project management domain / vertical focuses on developing central code library management system, resource allocation, work assigment and tracking system Human Resources (Organizational Structure): Human resources domain / vertical focuses on developing training management system, profile tracking system and leave management system. The system covers the area of provides, develops and manages the training activities. it obtains the need to employ the training related-project or specific user’s requirement. In addition, HR handles the registration system, leaves control system and evaluation
