Location (Not Relevant: Although 3 of the 5 basic units are located in customer site (Taiwan Power Company in Taipei Taiwan, National Credit Card Center (NCCC) in Taipei Taiwan) with 2 remained in the OU (Taipei Taiwan), but there is no process difference between different locations.)
Customer: There are 2 types of customer: Taiwan Power Company (TPC) and the others. TPC requires following its own process regarding to how project is managed and product developed. This will cause process differences in project management, analysis/design/testing, compared with those non-TPC customer which follows OSSP.
Size (Not Relevant: All basic units are large size with no differences in process execution.)
Organizational Structure (Not Relevant: No process difference between projects in different section in OU.)
Type of Work (Not Relevant: All projects are development type of project without major difference after tailoring.) |
