Location: Cover the 3 locations across China – Dalian, Shanghai, Guangzhou
Customer (Not Relevant: Although different customers have different project targets, SLAs, which have already been take into account during planning stage – schedule, cost and risk planning. There is no other process variation due to customers.)
Size (Not Relevant: Large projects will be divided into small teams and follow the same CDC process with minimal tailoring, so size is not a sampling factor.)
Organizational Structure (Not Relevant: The organization unit have centralized delivery management team to manage deliveries and services based on one standard QMS. So organizational structure is not a sampling factor.)
