Customer (Not Relevant: It is an internal department; the customers of the OU are the other departments of the company.) Size (Not Relevant: It is a small department, and therefore, all teams all small-sized.) Organizational Structure (Not Relevant: All projects within the OU are supervised by the Software Development Manager.) Type of Work (Not Relevant: Very specialized department, the only work performed is software development.) Complexity: According to project’s duration, 3 types of projects were identified: Small, Medium, and Large.
