Sampling Factors:	Location (Not Relevant: The OU is located in the headquarters of the company; that is in Culiacan (in the state of Sinaloa, Mexico). Some people work in a remote way, but this does not affect the way work is performed.) Customer (Not Relevant: It is an internal department; the customers of the OU are the other departments of the company.) Size (Not Relevant: It is a small department, and therefore, all teams all small-sized. All projects are the same size, since service requests are received on a demand basis, projects are organized as yearly quarters.) Organizational Structure (Not Relevant: All work within the OU is supervised by the Technology Operations Manager.) Type of Work: Two types of work were identified: (1) Technical support, and (2) Software maintenance.
