| Sampling Factors: |
Location (Not Relevant: No difference based on location, same processes and tools used across locations. Parts of each project and personnel are in both locations within scope and they work collaboratively across the locations.)
Customer (Not Relevant: Same processes are followed with no significant differences based on account. Also only two customers and they are both sampled with the Type of Work Sampling Factor.)
Size (Not Relevant: No difference based on size of projects (if they meet the size requirements to be a project they follow the same processes).)
Organizational Structure (Not Relevant: No differences based on org structure – same processes are used across the organization and org structure is consistent with the only difference in structure is already sampled in Type of Work Sampling Factor.)
Type of Work: All projects are Dev projects. One project uses an Agile lifeycle but that is a tailoring option and will be reviewed as such. Because of the degree of tailoring the type of work (Agile vs Waterfall) will be considered a separate sampling factor. |
