Location (Not Relevant: All the projects and products related work is done in the OU in Beijing.)
Customer (Not Relevant: There is only one client type, telecom, in the OU.)
Size: There are three levels of team size in the OU. The larger teams have more than 20 members. And the middle teams are made up of members between 10 and 20. And the smaller teams have 10 and less members.
Organizational Structure (Not Relevant: The two development centers follow both procedures and templates defined by the company and the telecom clients and the organizational structure does not have impact to the procedures and templates used in the teams.)
Type of Work: There are two work types, new product development and maintenance, in the OU and which require the teams to follow some different procedures and templates during their work. |
