Customer (Not Relevant: Although there are different customers, but this does not cause process difference between different customers)

Organizational Structure (Not Relevant: All basic units are within Product Development Department and use the same standard processes with similar tailoring results)
Type of Work: There are two types of work (New Product Development, Maintenance and Enhancement). This will cause differences in development processes and change management process. |
