Location (Not Relevant: The OU is made up of projects developed jointly from two locations in Poland, optimizing the availability of resources.)
Customer: The defined process is highly affected by one the particularities of one of the customers, resulting in specific QPPO’s and Baselines.
Size: For the purpose of considering project efficiency, the organization considers two scenarios: Projects with one, or two Scrum teams, and projects involving more than two Scrum teams.
Organizational Structure (Not Relevant: Projects are developed using the same organizational structure in the Development Unit.)
Type of Work (Not Relevant: All the projects considered include two main stream of activities, business as usual, and new functionalities, integrating all the activities in the scope of the sprints under development.) |
