Location (Not Relevant: Location has no impact on process implementation because none of the processes are location-specific. All critical systems are developed in house in Beijing. Everbright Bank Standard process methodology is followed.)
Customer (Not Relevant: The major customers are business units within Everbright Bank.)
Size: Projects are divided in two different size of Projects Type A (Project effort between 36-180 man-months) Type B (Project effort greater than 180 man-months). Different type of projects applies software development process with different process composition and tailoring.
Organizational Structure (Not Relevant: All projects are under the same structure (Organizational Unit) called (Critical System Engineering). Within the projects, as well, the structure is similar containing program manager, project manager / project lead, team-members, etc.)
Type of Work (Not Relevant: Critical system upgrade, enhancement and advancement are carried out as per standard processes and are tailored to prepare the project defined process.) |
