Location: even though every center uses the same tools and methodology, the sponsor asks for explicitly mention every center under the appraisal scope, consequently location has been considered relevant. The inclusion of this factor as a relevant factor is a guarantee that the sample contains a representative number of BUs belonging to all the centers
Customer (Not Relevant: Not relevant because a customer that work with Everis Centers must accept the standard working protocol established by Everis Centers. For this reason there is always established an adaptation period in which both parties refine the operational topics. At the end of this phase, the customer becomes “everis Centers compatible customer”))
Size (Not Relevant: Within the type of work included in the appraisal scope, there are slight differences depending on size that are considered no relevant for segmentation and managed as tailoring within the methodology))
