Customer (Not Relevant: All projects are executed for internal UHG customers hence no process variation is expected based on customer.) Size: Primarily there are small and large team sized projects and it is expected that governance mechanism may vary depending on team size hence this was considered as a critical factor Organizational Structure: Few of the projects cater to VBF (Vital Business Function) applications which are critical to business needs.
