Location (Not Relevant: Processes followed are independent of locations. Both the locations, Gurgaon and Bangalore share the same BMS and the same processes)
Customer: There are two types of customers – HNS and Non HNS. Since HNS (Hughes Network Systems) is a long standing customer, several processes have been developed aimed specifically at HNS work. All other customers are grouped into non HNS customers
Size (Not Relevant: Processes followed are independent of size. All projects, irrespective of size, follow the same processes)
Organizational Structure (Not Relevant: Processes followed are independent of organization structure)
Type of Work: There are two types of work – Development and Enhancement Maintenance. Processes are defined differently in the organization for each of these types
Life cycle: The engineering Processes are different for each different type of life cycle eg Agile, Waterfall etc |
