Size (Not Relevant: Perficient executes projects of various sizes. However, the processes followed are not dependant on the size of the project and same QMS is followed for projects of all sizes.)
Organizational Structure: All the projects in Perficient India are organized under multiple domains & verticals such as Healthcare & Insurance, Finance, Telecom and Products. As there are different verticals / domains and the processes deployed differ across verticals especially the engineering & delivery processes
Type of Work: The projects executed in Perficient Inida are of Development and Enhancement types. The type of lifecycle has an influence on the processes followed. The Development and Enhancement projects are covered under CMMI DEV model
