Customer: The customer is a sampling factor because is given coverage to two different systems (SIGRID and SINTEGRA).

Organizational Structure (Not Relevant: All projects used the same Quality System independently of the location, size or organizational structure.)
Type of Work: There are four different types of work (Corrective Maintenance, Enhancement Maintenance with Functional Analysis, Enhancement Maintenance without Functional Analysis and Support). Differnt tools and adaptations of the methodology are used for each one.
Sampling Factor Values: SIGRID (Customer): Network inventory system for distribution electrical network
SINTEGRA (Customer): Integration system to view/analyze information from different data sources (network, SAP, CIS…).
Corrective Maintenance (Type of Work): Activities to analyze, correct and test a discovered issue in an existing application/system.
Enhancement Maintenance with Functional Analysis (Type of Work): Activities to prepare an estimation, functional analysis, design, build, test and document a change request enhancement.
Enhancement Maintenance without Functional Analysis (Type of Work): Activities to prepare an estimation, design, build, test and document a change request enhancement.
Support (Type of Work): Activities to support existing applications/systems (operation and end users support): • Helpdesk • Data correction • Process revision • Data loading
