For staff augmentation services (sub-group) the customers are of same domains and process of staff augmentation for all the customers is same. Similar processes are applied.)
Size (Not Relevant: Size has no impact as for the software solutions services (sub-group) “Software Development Life Cycle” is followed and the size in terms of team size, effort hours, LOC, etc of all the projects are almost similar. For staff augmentation services (sub-group) similar process is followed for all the customers and staff is augmented on individual basis.)
