Location (Not Relevant: All ETD in scope projects are performed at the same location, same building, within the Ft Walton Beach locale. There is no difference for any of the units in scope or in the processes they follow.)
Customer (Not Relevant: All in-scope work is performed under one contract, with one Government customer. There is no difference for any of the units in scope or the processes that they follow.)
Size (Not Relevant: Size is fairly consistent and not a factor in how the work is performed or the processes that are followed.)
Organizational Structure (Not Relevant: Although work is done differently within the organizational structure, the overall effort supports the complete lifecycle of PEX software delivery.)
Type of Work (Not Relevant: Each of the ETD in-scope projects perform different aspects of the lifecyle but all contribute to the end product, PEX software.)
All Projects / No projects: Since the subgroup includes all projects in scope, and SAS requires the identification of at least one valid sampling factor, we are defining one that indicates that the entire OU is the sample, with values of All Projects and No Projects. |
