Sampling Summary:
(抽样汇总)
Sampling Factors: Location (Not Relevant: Locations include Norwalk, CT, Malvern, PA and Newton, MA but the location where work is performed does not influence how it is performed, the same process is used across locations.)
Customer (Not Relevant: No direct influence by customers of Total Payment Suite. There is custom customer configuration handled by another team but the same process is used to develop solutions for all customers.)
Size (Not Relevant: Regardless of the team size, the same processes are used.)
Organizational Structure (Not Relevant: No – 5 engineering teams (4-7 ppl) – handle work within a unified organization structure. Once the work is broken down, one of the 5 teams will pick up the work.)
Type of Work: The type of work (Roadmap, Patch) does impact how the RM-Polaris support function operates; however, they support both types of work. In addition, the basic unit follows the same process regardless of the type of work. Therefore, there is, in effect, no impact that will influence subgrouping and sampling.
Sampling Factor Values: Roadmap / Patch (Type of Work): New development for the planned roadmap
NULL (Type of Work): NULL
Subgroups: 1: A single subgroup for the single basic unit which operates on both types of work in the system.
33 People, 1 Basic Units
– Roadmap / Patch
