Location (Not Relevant: Location has no impact on process implementation because none of the processes are location-specific. Miracle Standard process methodology is followed.)
Customer (Not Relevant: As organization is providing services in similar domain and similar processes are applied.)
Size (Not Relevant: There is a provision of project tailoring from the standard methodology in case required. The appraisal sample projects were of similar size and no significant tailoring which distinguishes one from the other was carried out in these projects. Standard stages were followed. Hence size was not taken as a relevant factor.)
Organizational Structure (Not Relevant: All projects are under the same structure (Organizational Unit) called (Service Solutions Division). Within the projects, as well, the structure is similar containing program manager, project manager / project lead, team-members, etc.)
Type of Work: Two types of Service Delivery activities are carried out: (1) Software Solution Services (2) IT Support Services. Wherever required standard processes are tailored to prepare the project defined process. |
