| Sampling Factors: |
Location (Not Relevant: All Basic Units within the Pansky Technology Co., Ltd. perform their tasking at the Beijing city site. As such, there are not differences in implementation in terms of location. This Sampling Factor is not relevant.)
Customer (Not Relevant: While there are different customer types, the work performed is still conducted per the standard process and therefore is not relevant.)
Size (Not Relevant: All projects are small to medium in size. At this time, project size, nor duration, nor total effort (man-months) affects the process used by the projects. This Sampling Factor is not relevant.)
Organizational Structure: All the basic units fit within different departments. Each department represents a different “domain” area. At this time, org. structure does not affect the process used by the project. While org. structure does not affect the processes used, it will be used as a sampling factor to meet minimal requirements. This also ensures coverage of all new development divisions.
Type of Work (Not Relevant: All projects are software development projects. There are two primary types of work done. Work for external delivery and work performed for internal use. The type of work does not affect the processes used; therefore, this sampling factor is not relevant.) |
