Customer (Not Relevant: The nature of business is to provide software services to various clients. The QMS is generic enough to accommodate the life cycles required for different customer deliveries. Hence this is not considered as sampling factor.) Size (Not Relevant: There are different sizes of teams. However, the underlying deliveries are in small pockets as far as OU is concerned and the same process is followed for these deliveries. Hence Size is not considered as sampling factor.)
