Sampling Factors:	Location (Not Relevant: The only location of the company is Mexico City (Mexico).) Customer (Not Relevant: The organizational unit serves one customer type, and that is the government.) Size (Not Relevant: All basic units involve small teams, and last a few months. Besides, regarding size and duration the same process is followed.) Organizational Structure (Not Relevant: All work is supervised by the Consulting Director.) Type of Work: This appraisal is focused on the “Consulting Services” of the organization. There are 3 subtypes of consulting involved: (1) IT Governance, (2) Process Design, and (3) Change Management.
Sampling Factor Values:	IT Governance (Type of Work): Implementation of comprehensive frameworks, policies and standards, based on good practices for governance and alignment between processes and information technologies. Process Design (Type of Work): Articulation of clients’ business models, by the implementation of good practices and standards in the management of business processes that seek agile and transformative schemes in the organizations. Change Management (Type of Work): A change management office allows the preparation, management and reinforcement of the changes needed to develop individuals and groups competencies.
