Customer (Not Relevant: For PMO, all application development and maintenance projects are executed either for internal purpose or for Saudi citizens. processes are established at organizational level and differentiating if customer is internal or external.)
Size (Not Relevant: Irrespective of project staff size, it is PMO policy to follow processes for all projects. Hence “Size” is not considered for project selection.)
Organizational Structure (Not Relevant: PMO is considered as OU and no other department or function in Saudi Post engaged in application development so Org structure is not considered as Sampling Factor.)
Type of Work: PMO is having application development and Maintenance project. At present same processes are followed for both application development and Maintenance project however Type of work is considered for project selection |
