Location (Not Relevant: Not relevant. The activities connected to the Org Scope are all executed in Budapest (although ITSH has locations in Hungary countryside as well: Debrecen, Pécs, Szeged).))

Organizational Structure (Not Relevant: Not Relevant: The organizational structure does not infuence the way work is done, as all projects share the common characteristic of being managed by ITSH MCS.)
Type of Work: The type of work influences the execution of the projects. The organization has in place a very well defined system of project categories, which were defined together with the German partner. The projects are classified into 4 groups (A, B, C, D), based on project budget, headcount transfer. We decided to make use of these categories instead of redefining them as a combination of 4 sampling factors. |
