| Sampling Factors: |
Location (Not Relevant: Only one location in scope, Shenzhen, China)
Customer (Not Relevant: Although different customers have different project targets, SLAs, which have already been take into account during planning stage – schedule, cost and risk planning. There is no process variation due to customers.)
Size (Not Relevant: For development projects, large projects will be divided into small agile teams and follow the same agile processes, so size is not a sampling factor. For service projects, large projects will be divided into small teams, each small team focus on delivering one or a few product support services with the same services processes, so size is not a sampling factor.)
Organizational Structure: The three departments in the organization unit have software development projects and product support projects. The processes are customized based on organization structure and business domain. So it is a critical sampling factor.
