Size (Not Relevant: Size is measured according to the number of service requests. Most of the service request are of similar effort, therefore processes followed are the same.)
Organizational Structure (Not Relevant: The OU is formed for only one area and two departments. Both departments attend all types of service requests.)
Type of Work: There are two types of service request: Tasks and Support. The following processes change according to the type of work: REQM, WP, WMC, IPM. |
