All customers are Corporate or Government Agencies and well-defined requirements based application development is carried out adequately suitable for waterfall model is followed in all the projects.)
Size (Not Relevant: Not Relevant: Size has no impact on process implementation because all the projects are of similar size and Software Development Lifecycle is followed according to Locksmith processes. For project categorization, standard tailoring guidelines are followed which contain variation of organization standard processes.)
