Sampling Factor Values: Contract Resource Transitions (Type of Work): Contract Resource Transitions involves starting new contracts and new extensions to contracts – i.e. – bringing people on and continuing people in roles of Staff Augmentation.
Contract Resource Management (Type of Work): Contract Resource Management involves managing the resources throughout the contracts” life and replacing people as needed that are directed by the client in their roles.
