Size (Not Relevant: Though project team size varies between 5 – 10, people are not dedicated full time to projects. Size has been shown not to have an impact on the way work is performed)
Organizational Structure (Not Relevant: In total 36 people work at Strongsoft in a flat organizational structure in the software and systems business. All projects report to the same manager.)
