Type of Work: In development projects, requirements are carried out early in the project and is monitored and managed throughout the life cycle; in maintenance projects, they are collected throughout the duration of the project and many of them are represented as tasks. Quality and configuration audits are conducted every two months in maintenance projects. Development projects perform audits when a new baseline has been established. |
