Services (Organizational Structure): Software services to the external clientele based on the product installation, integration, consulting, software development/maintenance is classified in this category
Development (Type of Work): Those sprints/projects/products which calls for the ownership of design, development & testing for a standalone or in an integration environment.
Maintenance (Type of Work): These set of projects follow a distinct model based on maintenance cycle: such maintenance may be a CR development, feature enhancements, bug fixing, or pure testing engagement either in the products or services environment. |
