Location (Not Relevant: Although there are four locations –Chennai, Bangalore, Gurgaon, Shimoga. but project execution methodologies are the same define in organization level, some projects have team members from different locations. So location is not a sampling factor.)
Customer (Not Relevant: Although different customers have different project targets, SLAs, which have already been take into account during planning stage – schedule, cost and risk planning. There is no other process variation due to customers.)
Size (Not Relevant: Large projects will be divided into small teams and follow the same defined process, so size is not a sampling factor.)
Organizational Structure (Not Relevant: The organization unit have centralized delivery management team to manage deliveries and services based on one standard processes. So organizational structure is not a sampling factor.)
Type of Work: There are 3 types of work in the scope: development, application maintenance, production support.
