Size: Projects are categorized by size: 1. The project peak team size greater than 14 FTEs; 2. The project peak team size between 5 to 14 FTEs. Two separate PPBs are maintained.
Organizational Structure (Not Relevant: GRIS Department has many sub products, they are part of the same large product (group resource management software GRIS). Each project is responsible for developing a sub product of GRIS. So organization is flat the simple, and it has no impact on project execution.)
