Upgrading (Project type): The projects upgrade or develop new modules basing on existed software system. The processes of RD, TS, PI and VER will differ.

Medical (Application domain): The projects develop Medical related software. The Medical projects will follow the standard processes of SDC.

Archive management (Application domain): The projects develop Archive management related system. The Archive management system is not as safety important as Medical system. But it deals with massive volume data. The technology difference might cause the processes difference. The processes of RD, TS, PI, Ver. And Val. might differ.
