Sampling Factors: Location (Not Relevant: Even though AMSTO has two main offices and work performed at Gov. sites, (Norfolk VA, Orlando, FL) but the single/one Process Asset Library defined for each type of work., and a common process training plan execution is used all projects, regardless of location, size or type of project.)
