ITC – Maint: ITC – Maint subgroup is responsible for maintaining projects, once they go live. Maintenance involves support, enhancements, issues and changes received from the clients. The maintenance process starts from any changes/Issues raised from the client then assess the impact on the application and subsequent changes to be implemented in requirements, design, coding of existing application. Before going for deployment, testing is done for the changes made.

ITC – Impl: CSSI has implementation projects for in house VUE product. They are classified into customizations and configurations. Implementation starts with demonstration of product to the customer and then assess the product and customer requirements. Any changes to the code is required then it is considered as a customizations or else they are configurations. Customizations involves design, coding, Integrations and testing. Configurations involves Integrations and testing.
