Lifecycle: Development Projects are executed using Waterfall and Agile. Separate processes are defined for all lifecycles. Since sets of processes are different for waterfall and Agile this factor is considered for the sampling factor. Service Delivery Work is performed using Service Delivery-IS and BPO, life cycles. Since sets of processes are different for Service Delivery-IS, Service Delivery BPO, this factor is considered for the sampling factor.
