Customer specific status report is prepared in addition to Org process status report.)

Lifecycle: Projects are executed using Waterfall and Agile. Separate processes are defined for all lifecycles. Since sets of processes are different for waterfall and Agile this factor is considered for the sampling factor.
Sampling Factor Values: Waterfall (Lifecycle): In “The Waterfall” approach, the whole process of software development is divided into separate process phases. The phases in Waterfall model are: Requirements Analysis, Software Design, Coding and Testing & Maintenance. In a waterfall model, each phase may be completed in its entirety or may over-lap with the next phase considering practical scenarios.
Agile (Lifecycle): Agile methods break tasks into small increments with minimal planning, and do not directly involve long-term planning. Iterations are short time frames (time boxes) that typically last Two weeks. Each iteration involves a team working through a full software development cycle including planning, requirements analysis, design, coding, unit testing, and acceptance testing when a working product is demonstrated to stakeholders. Multiple iterations may be required to release a product or new feature
