Life Cycle: Projects follow unique life cycles depending on the total complexity factor and nature of the project.
Sampling Factor Values: Minor (Complexity): Projects with total complexity assessment between 0-1.5 is rated as Minor
Small (Complexity): Projects with complexity between 1.6-2.2 is categorized as Small projects
Medium (Complexity): Projects with complexity between 2.3-2.8 are categorized as Medium engagements
Major (Complexity): Projects with complexity between 2.9-3.5 are categorized as Major engagement
Enterprise (Complexity): Projects with complexity between 3.6 and 4 are categorized as enterprize engagements
Lite (Life Cycle): All the minor projects follow the Lite Methodology a variant of full scale QMS yet following all the tenets.
Waterfall (Life Cycle): Standard waterfall methodology is followed by small to enterprize engagements
Agile (Life Cycle): Agile methodology is followed by certain sections of projects depending on the complexity and preference of the internal clientele.
