Sampling Factor Values: streaming media (Product Line): Based on the deep understanding of the three network integration business, Certus applies the flexible technology into IPTV, OTT and mobile internet video industries. intelligent city (Product Line): Based on the deep understanding of the business of intelligent city, Certus applies the flexible technology into the intelligent city. Through the collection, analysis and exchange process of massive data, the project takes the cloud platform and multi screen interaction as business model to provide the most scientific decision making support for the city management and the most convenient information service for the residents life.
mobile internet (Product Line): Based on the user requirement and quality assurance requirement, we restructure the internet communication ability of the carrier operator and operate the internet resources of mobile communications most efficiently.
