Agile Lifecycle Projects: In this lifecycle model the project is split into multiple sprints which are time boxed events. Each sprint is time boxed, usually one week to four weeks. While sprint planning, based on priorities set by product owner, stories are shifted to spring backlog from product backlog. All scrum team members take part in activities like daily scrum meeting, sprint review, backlog grooming for next sprint items, planning poker for estimating sprints and sprint retrospective.
