Sampling Factors: Location (Not Relevant: All offices are in Argentina. Most of the people works in Mendoza (City) offices, acting this as central point for all projets. Processes don”t change when locations are different, or depending where the teams are.)
Customer (Not Relevant: Customer Location (International/Local) is important because of processes change regarding work environments, language skills, management tools and configuration tools.)
Size: Size of team could be: – small (<3) -=””><10) -=”” big=”” (=””>10) originating changes in the way teams do the work, or tailor processes, mainly regarding management processes. We need to have at least one of each size.
Organizational Structure (Not Relevant: Each project is under a Manager (Gerente), being all software software development and QA services (mixed), structured around a common SEPG team and technology specialists. Each project has its own ScrumMaster/Project Leader.)
Type of Work: Software development languages: Java and .net are a fundamental choice in the way teams integrate, code and test products, as well as the kind of management tools they use. There is an incipient adoption of mobile technologies, but since it is a trend in the demand, we are considering having represented this in the sampling. We need to consider at least one of each: Java, .NET. mobile.
Process Constraints: Constraints imposed by customers who need to use restrictively part of their processes, probably ingrained with the OU”s processes.
International Internal Team: Teams conformed by engineers in different countries, but inside OU. This is different than location, because we need to represent cultural differencies and how they achieve goals having that constraints in place.

Standard (Size): Between 4 and 10 team members.
Big (Size): More than 10 team members.
.net (Type of Work): Microsoft .NET development services.
