Customer: There are two types of customer categories such as external company and internal stakeholder groups (Marketing and Management Department). Therefore, the organization uses different types of standard processes based on the types of customer categories.
Size (Not Relevant: Projects may additionally be classified as small, medium or large sized projects. However, at present all available projects are of the same size (medium) and so size is not used in this instance as a means of distinguishing between the projects. And size also does not alter the life cycle model or project process. In addition, all projects within OU are small to medium (All of sizes are less than 7 people))

Solution Upgrade (Type of Work): Projects/works do not have a contractual customer, so they target future market development. They may be planned by proposals from the marketing and management department, and potential customers as the case may be. The typical output may be an upgraded version of platform and solution which is for the specific customer or new functions which is for the future usage.
System Development (Type of Work): Contractually based projects/works for the specific customer
