Sampling Factors: Location (Not Relevant: XpandIT’s policy and main goal was to develop a common and homogeneous methodology for the whole Technology projects unit independently of where they are performed. The organizational SEPG group look after that so no project skip this goal. That’s why we considered location as no relevant sampling factor.)
